Your auto key recovery was not working could you help?
I ordered years ago at the email address above. I ordered Cepstral David and Emily voices for use with the TextAloud program.

I can't find a purchase under that email address. Did you purchase the software directly from Cepstral? Or did you purchase through a reseller?

i bought from Nextup.com but they referred me to you for the licenses.
They say they only were resellers.
Can you help?

Unfortunately, we do not have the license keys. Nextup was responsible for deploying and maintaining the license keys for their customers. We can provide you with the Emily and David voice download but that's it.
