Automatic pauses dialog in 3.0.98

Hi, I'm on Win7 x64, using Text Aloud 3.0.98. I'm trying to specify the pause length at the end of paragraphs. The Help article directs me to "Edit -> Add" (see below) but there is no "Add" item in the "Edit" menu.

"To create a new automatic text insertion:
Click Edit -> Add on the menu, or click the Add button on the toolbar.
Fill in the Add Automatic Text Insertion dialog"

I found the answer: Tools -> Text Processing -> Pauses and Text Insertions
