TextAloud - Office 365 (2016)

TextAloud Toolbar for Microsoft Word toolbar is not visible.
I can not install the Toolbar TextAloud in Microsoft Office Word 2016 (365). the message says that is not supported. the Textaloud toolbar is not visible.
I have Windows 10 (64-bits)

It may help if you send me a TextAloud problem report. From the TextAloud main menu, click Help -> Support -> Report A Problem, and just make a brief reference to this issue in the problem report text. The problem report logs should give me a better idea of what the problem is.

Problem solved.
When I see your answer, I thought that the problem would be in my computer, I uninstalled the Office i after Textaloud, I cleaned the register, I rebooted the computer. Then I install the office and Textaloud and then the problem was solved, the toolbars appear correctly.
Is very good to have such a close support to help us solve the problems.

Please help me to get 365 to see textaloud. How do I go about loading it?

The first think to do is try reinstalling TextAloud, using an installer for the current version. You can download the current installer from http://www.nextup.com/files/ta3.exe. When the install displays the "Select Components" dialog, make sure the selection "TextAloud Toolbar for Microsoft Word" is selected.

If reinstalling doesn't help, there are some troubleshooting steps at viewtopic.php?f=15&t=6154 that may help.

Let me know if this doesn't help

THANKS!!!! It worked. I reinstalled T.A. with latest installer, restarted my pc and now it works. Thank

Even I was also confronting with the same sort of consequences regarding the TextAloud-Office 365(2016).It is solved out due to the overwhelming suggestions added by the following forum.I have another query regarding the office 365 login.I am personally a office 365 mail user and I am unable to use Office 365 connectors for groups.Suggest us what to include?
