Swedish voice?

Are there any program (free) where you can use a swedish voice?
Or maybe add an own voice?
I think there is for adding an own voice.
Please help me!

Great to hear that. Any updated news since above? Even if you guys dont meet above 'deadline', I sure will buy a swedish version instantly whenever it comes out. I currently own AT&T Mike ant Crystal, but I really would like to buy one set of 16-bit male/female Swedish voices also.
