Installing one voice makes other voices disappear

I'm encountering a situation where installing one voice (Acapela Claire French) makes previously installed voices disappear from the Voice drop down list. I can duplicate it with the following sequence of events. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.

1. Install TextAloud 3.0.49.
2. Install Acapela Heather22 US English v. 6.00.0000.
3. Open TA, and Heather shows in the Voice drop down (as well as Microsoft Anna).
4. Close TA.
5. Install more voices:
- Acapela Rosa22 Mexican Spanish v. 6.0.1.
- Acapela Graham22 UK English v. 6.0.1.
6. Open TA, and Graham, Heather, Rosa, and Microsoft Anna all show in the Voice drop down.
7. Close TA.
8. Now install Acapela Claire22 French v. 8.25.0.0.
9. Start TA again, now only Microsoft Anna and Acapela Claire show in the drop down.
Graham, Heather and Rosa are gone.
10. Close TA.
11. Uninstall Claire.
12. Open TA again and only Anna is showing, still no Graham, Heather, or Rosa.

I really want all my voices to be available at any given time.
