My dictionary is getting large enough that it is hard to find previous entries.
It's not obvious what order they appear in the list but it seems to be random.
New entries sometimes appear at the bottom but not always.
Perhaps I am missing something but it would be nice if the list could be arranged alphabetically.
Is this possible?

This is on my to-do list, you currently cannot sort the list. What you can do though is use the "Show Filter" button, and filter the dictionary entries displayed. You can filter by Caption, Text Matching, and Pronounce As.
To control where new entries are placed, select a Dictionary Entry before clicking the New Entry button. (or select a dictionary entry, right click, and select "New Entry" from the popup menu). If you do this, the new entry should always be placed beneath the selected entry.
Also, the Dictionary Entries list supports drag and drop. So you can select one or more dictionary entries, and drag the selected entry(s) up or down in the list to change the ordering.
