Can you try viewing the release notes at
http://tinyurl.com/ta3releasenotes1 again, just in case you ran into something temporary? If the problem is related to using tinyurl, try linking directly to the document instead of using the tinyurl address. Click
here to open the document directly. Does that make any difference?
