Move / Copy pronunciation dictionary entries

TextAloud version 3.0.16 includes an update to allow you to move / copy dictionary entries between pronunciation dictionaries. If you drag dictionary entries from one dictionary to another, the entries will be moved to the new dictionary, hold the CTRL key down to copy instead.
