Speed Glitch: 0 is faster than 1, indeed 0 = 3

I actually noticed this with the last few updates of version 2 (can't say exactly when it appeared). I figured it would be corrected in version 3. But it's not, so here's my report.

Voices tested: AT&T Mike and Crystal

Glitch: A speed setting of 0 is faster than a speed setting of 1. In fact, it seems that a speed setting of 0 is identical with a speed setting of 3.

Lets get some debug information on this one. Try using either Mike or Crystal at a few different speeds. Then, click Help -> Open Data Folder, locate the files TextAloudMP3.dbg, TextAloudMP31.dbg, TextAloudMP32.dbg and TextAloudMP33.dbg and send them to me at jim@nextup.com
