Daniel (English) and Karen (Au) voice fails on vista install

When I try to install Daniel and Karen on a vista machine, the install program runs, but when the msi program runs in the 2nd half of the installation, a popup informs me that I need to install TextAloud or a next up product. I already have TextAloud registered and installed with the latest version.

Is there a vista compatible msi download?
