Hello i am new user and i would to ask you, How to disable a pm?

Here is how to disable private messages in the user forum:

Login to your forum account, and click the dropdown arrow next to your username (under the search box)
In the popup displayed, click User Control Panel, and select the "Board Preferences" tab. On the Board Preferences tab select "Edit Global Options". On the Global Options tab, set the radio button "Allow users to send you private messages" to No.

That should do it
