I am getting following error no matter which TTS voice I select.

Please duplicate the error, and after the error message has been displayed, submit a TextAloud problem report. From the TextAloud menu click Help -> Support -> Report A Problem, and just mention this issue briefly in the problem report text.
Information in the problem report logs should give me a better idea of what is causing the problem.
