Loadlib error 126

Hi Jim,
I keep getting this error when I go to open up Nextup text aloud. Can you help, i have tried deleting (not total delete still leaving my licences untouched). shouild i try a total delete or can you help with this??

Hi Matt,

I don't think we've seen this error before, not sure what could be causing it. If you haven't tried this try reinstalling TextAloud using the latest installer at https://nextup.com/files/ta4.exe.

If reinstalling does not help the next thing would be to see if we're getting far enough along to write log files. Click your windows start button and scroll through the list of installed applications. You should see a folder labeled "TextAloud" in the list. Expand that entry and click "Open TextAloud Data Folder".

If TextAloud is writing log information the files in the data folder are named TextAloudMP3.dbg, TextAloudMP31.dbg, TextAloudMP32.dbg and TextAloudMP33.dbg. Please attach the files to an email and send them to me at jim@nextup.com
