Textaloud not loading from within Word 2010

I am using Windows 10 64bit, and I am having problem with loading Textaloud from Word 2010 32bit. TextAloud is still on the Ribbon, with its drop downs, but it will not load TextAloud, as i used to do. If I load Textaloud than all the shortcuts work.

I have updated Windows 10, Word and TextAloud, and I do not know if this is the problem.
