There are a lot times when you only want to listen to certain part of a documents, and not the whole of it. If it were to be one place only, that would have been easy by simply highlighting the text and make TA to speak the selected text. However, that becomes problematic when you want to read multiple places in an article and not the whole of the article.
May I suggest a feature that can allow selecting multiple places in an article and read them only; say paragraph 1, 2, and 7 are selected to be read while 3, 4, 5, 6 and others are neglected.

Re: NEW FEATURE: Selecting multiple texts at different location
Thanks for passing along the feature request. We'll look at handing multiple selections in a future release, but there is actually a way to do what you're asking now. Once you have text loaded in a TextAloud article, highlight a paragraph of text that you want to ignore. Then from the Main menu, click Insert Tags -> Comment. This will 'wrap' the text selection inside a TextAloud comment tag, and the text will be ignored. You can have any number of comments in your article text, so you can use this to skip as many paragraphs as you want.
To remove the comments, select the paragraph(s) you want to remove the comment tags from (or select the entire article) and click Insert Tags -> Remove Tags.

Oh, superb!
The most important thing is that it can be done with ease. Then that suffices I think.
Excellent.
