reissue lost software?

Post by tploy »

Hello, I have a problem. could I get my purchased software specifically the purchased voices reauthorized for download? Luckily I had my TA3 Key stored in my email at a different location than the downloaded software I lost. I had them downloaded ans stored on an external Hard Drive that crashed and became unrecoverable, so I lost the entire content of the drive. including my archived voice installs. I believe the purchased voices I had included the following:

AT&T Crystal16
AT&T Mike16
L&H Alex
L&H Amos
L&H Biff
L&H Carol (UK English)
L&H Douglas
L&H Eddie
L&H Julia
L&H Melvin
L&H Peter
L&H Peter (UK English)
L&H Sidney
L&H Wanda
LH Michael
LH Michelle
Microsoft Anna
Microsoft Mary
Microsoft Mike
Microsoft Sam
ScanSoft Kyoko22 (Japanese)
Acapela Heather22
Acapela Kenny22
Acapela Nelly22
Acapela Ryan22

If I have missed any could you activate and inform me of them as well?
Thank You.

Best way to get download links for your AT&T, Scansoft and Acapela voices is to send an email to support@nextup.com, the support desk should be able to help you with this.

For L&H voices, download links are at http://www.nextup.com/TextAloud/SpeechE ... freevoices

I don't know of any way to download / install Microsoft Anna. That voice ships with Windows Vista and Windows 7. The voice is built into the Windows operating system, and I don't know of any way to get it if the voice if is not already included in your system.

That leaves Mary, Mike, and Sam. If you're running Vista or later see this link: http://www.nextup.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3605. Let me know if you're running Windows XP.
