There is a minor problem with the Voice dropdown - if you scroll with the mouse when it's closed instead of selecting from the dropdown list (which I find easier), the selected voice doesn't stick but reverts back to the previously selected voice when you click Speak or Cursor. Thanks for reporting this and providing the video. The problem with the mouse scroll should be fixed in the next TextAloud update; I'll post here when it is ready to download.

Re: Voice dropdown doesn't stick when using mouse scroll
Thanks, but after updating I'm now constantly getting errors when selecting a voice directly from the dropdown list. I've sent the error report the program generated (I actually sent it three times as it continued to pop up, it stopped though when I checked the "Terminate Program" box).

Re: Voice dropdown doesn't stick when using mouse scroll
I didn't see this error when testing initially, but sure enough I did see it on another machine. I'm not sure what the problem is, but for now I need to back off the scroll wheel fix until I figure out what happened. Please try installing the update at http://www.nextup.com/files/ta3.exe and let me know if you see the problem after updating.

Thanks, it seems to work OK now without the scroll wheel thing of course. It's not a big problem with the scroll wheel, just thought it would be easy to fix. If not, no big deal...
