Beta impacts Office 2003 performance

The latest Beta impacts Office 2003 performance. Microsoft Word and Outlook take several minutes to fully initialize. The interface displays immediately, then comes the latency.

I didn't have time to isolate the problem, but using SystemInternals Procmon to monitor winword.exe, I noted that the latency is associated with a large block of processes involving TAHooks.
