Nuance Mikko Finnish Male Voice failure

I was happy to see that this voice was released and so good sounding.

So I did buy it the same day as I got the newsletter from nextup.com

I had waited for this voice long time already, months.

But when I got the file, the download link and file name was Mikko.exe

But when I install this software it will say: Scansoft Lekha22

It feels now that I have been fooled, I have tried mail the support twice but no one will answer me.

What do I do now?

I believe soon that nextup is ignoring me... this is a picture that is showing my email, and I am kind of iritated, because the email says clear:

Here you can see that the file is Mikko.exe, and when I press install it is not mikko... it's Indian english voice.

If nextup doesn't want to solve this problem I won't trust them anymore!
And I want my money back or the mikko voice file if you can't help me!!!

What is the problem? Why can't I get the file that I order from you?

I apologize for the problem. I believe I made a file naming error, but because of some travel have been unable to get the new file uploaded yet. If you don't hear back from me in a couple of days, shoot me another email.

hm, nothing in the spamfilters either. my @comhem.se adress have had issues before that emails won't come through, and I can't controll it because my email client controlls the spam mail, they are not sending any suspect email to me.
