Clipboard Sound

Whenever I capture an item through the clipboard to TA, there is a little Microsoft "ding" sound. Is this a TA thing, an MS thing, or something else, and, more importantly, is there a way to silence?

Probably your default Windows sound. Normally, you should get no sound when capturing. Perhaps it is signaling an error of some sort.
