Talker in Hebrew (Kolan)

I've been trying to use Talker with Melingo's "Kolan" Hebrew voice (Sapi5) with no success, whenever I pick the Hebrew voice it says "PROBLEM WITH OPENING NLP" twice, then "OLE ERROR FFFFFFF5"

Is this a problem with Talker or with Kolan and how do you think I could resolve it?

I'm using the trial version now and am very happy with it, but Hebrew is a major point for me as I live in Israel and talking on the phone sounding like a computer AND in English I think would just be too much for most people to believe...
