-Fixed two bugs related to new registration codes, including the problem where everytime you went back and forth between 1.x and 2.x, you had to re-enter the code
-Fix voice output quality on Neospeech voices related to wrong sample rate selection.
NOTE: If you already entered 2.x registration code, you'll have to enter it again for this new build.

-It is a 20 day trial, pending putting in new 2.0 style registration codes. Those should be available in a week or so.
-Leaving skip forward and back enabled even when not speaking to help with navigation through multiple articles.
-Fixed some problems with Options->Select Audio Device
-Fix for Shift-TAB to get you out of article text (needed by sight-impaired users)
