Mirc or other IRC TTS software

So in Mirc there's an option to enable TTS and some other features that you can use with it but the voices I have from NeoSpeech isn't an option. I don't have any other voices but I was wondering if there's any voices that anyone knows of that work with Mirc that sound half decent. I use Julie but wondering if anyone has had any luck with this.
