How to USE the NeoSpeech Userdict CMU alphabet

Well, now that Manny's got the userdict program fixed, how exactly does the CMU alphabet work? I've tried it and had it speak back to me some of it's own CMU-defined pronounciations, but that aspect doesn't appear to be working. Any documentation? (The regular english pronounciation aspect works, just not the CMU pronounciation, as far as I can tell.)

Apparently when you have the CMU ticked the speak button doesn't act properly on that. I defined a new word using the CMU alphabet and then used the SAPI5 TTSAPP.EXE to speak it and it pronounced it just fine. So it looks like you will just have to use a different app to test with. I did NOT have to reboot for it to recognize the change in the userdict.
