Adjusting voice settings when converting to audio.

I am currently using Textaloud at university as part of an art project. I have been making adjustments to the pitch and speed of the voices to suit the needs of the piece, but when I convert this to a MP3 or WAV file, the adjustments I have made are not saved and the default settings are used instead.

Is there anyway to get round this as I need the tone and speed of the voice to be very specific and the default settings are not what I am after.
