Has anyone listened to the voices on the new Kindle? How are they? I heard Samantha is one of them.
The Kindle is almost a hand-held text to speech device now. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd buy one.
(But I'm saving my money to upgrade to the new version of TextAloud)

To answer my own question, after all this time.
I just bought a Kindle, and I think Samantha on the Kindle is quite nice. I would like the option to buy additional voices for the Kindle, but I don't suppose NextUp has any influence over the Kindle, unfortunately.
But I'm still saving my money for the new TextAloud!
