Have problem with Antonio(Acapela)

Has anyone had a problem with Acapela voices? I bought the voice of Antonio but it does not work, does not appear in the program. I downloaded the latest version of Text Aloud, I uninstalled the program and I reinstalled but I failed to run. Any suggestions? I appreciate the help.

We'll need to get some debug information from your system to get an idea of what is happening. From the TextAloud main window, click Help -> Support -> Report A Problem. Just reference this issue with Acapela Antonio in the problem report text and I'll take a look. Be sure to include your email address when prompted by the error report dialog so I can get back to you.
