Bug: Pause resets speed to default

Seems to have been introduced in version 3.0.28. Pressing the pause button or a shortcut resets the speed to the default which becomes apparent when unpaused and listening (the speed toolbar does not show that speed has been reset).

Yep. I noticed this too when changing voices last week. Thought it was something idiosyncratic to my setup.

This problem should be fixed in version 3.0.29. Let me know if you see the problem after updating.
