paths to settings?

on win7 the path to the custom dictionary and other settings is C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\NextUp\TextAloud

but these do not seem to include the settings for "Audio File Options" for instance? is there another location where such settings are stored or are they in the registry or similar?
