You've stumbled on a great idea, sharing pronounciations!

The problem is however more complex than making a list available that every one can use. Here are some issues.

Different Voices have specific problems. So you would need a different list for each voice or at least for each companies voice engine.

Different people like to hear words differently.
For example just to be perverse I am British but I use the AT&T Natural Voice Crystal which is US English. This is because I can't buy the UK version on its own and also because the US versions seem to have been developed more.

People have different needs.
For example you have a lot of words in your list which are medical abbreviations. I can totally understand why you would need them, but I know most of them I will never use, since I am a software developer.

So if people can follow the instructions by Cliff how about sharing some more of your pronounciations. Don't forget to mention which Voices they have been tested on.
