Print the help file to paper
I have tried to print the help file but it refuses to print after reaching section 3 "Working with articles." Is it possible to get a complete pdf help file that I can print out?

How do I pick up proofreading after one day inactivity
I proofread 16 chapters (of 29) of my book yesterday, However, I cannot get the program to restart at Chapter 17. It keeps on returning to the book's beginning. The program retained the entire book as a text file. How do I restart at Chapter 17?
