When downloading your software for some reason our company antivirus software will block it and I have to notify our security team to unblock the software. why is it that your executable is always caught by the antivirus software?

I talked to our I.T staff and they allow it through the network.

Every time I try downloading the update the virus protector tags it saying that there is a virus in this file. Is there something that you guys could do on your side to make it so that the virus protectors don't tag this file.

My anti-virus program is seeing a virus in the software and stopping it from downloading. Any ideas?

I fixed the problem. I forgot that I loaded the 64 bit Firefox and the add-on doesn't work in the 64 bit at this time. It's working fine in the 32 bit version.
